  Details claiming to reveal how little income tax US billionaires pay have been leaked to an news website. ProPublica says it has seen the tax returns of some of the world's richest people, including Jeff Bezos, Elon Musk and Warren Buffett. The website alleges Amazon's Mr Bezos paid no tax in 2007 and 2011, while Tesla's Mr Musk paid nothing in 2018. A White House spokeswoman called the leak "illegal", and the FBI and tax authorities are investigating. ProPublica said it was analysing  what it called a "vast trove of Internal Revenue Service data" on the taxes of the billionaires, and would release further details over coming weeks.   An artist is calling for his sculpture to be removed from Blackpool seafront because it is decaying. Liam Curtin claims his piece High Tide Organ has never been properly maintained since it was installed near South Pier in 2002. Mr Curtin, who also created the Meccano Bridge in Bolton, said his Blackpool work was only meant to be in place for 12 years. Blackpool Council has been contacted for a comment.   Events have taken place across Coventry to mark the start of its year as UK City of Culture. Pauline Black, lead singer of The Selecter, performed a song to kick off the Coventry Moves event which was held online. Bicycles and cars travelled across the city as part of the celebrations to highlight its manufacturing history. Although there were pop-up doorstep performances, people were urged to watch from the event home.   A host of stars are expected at this year’s Bafta Television Awards later, both in physical and virtual form. Michaela Coel, Graham Norton and Billie Piper are among the nominees expected to physically attend the ceremony at Television Centre in west London. Others will take part via video call or in hi-tech hologram form.   Nigeria's government has told the country's mobile phone networks to block access to Twitter, a statement from the industry umbrella body said. Phone users are reporting difficulties in accessing the site. It is still available through some wi-fi networks. This comes after the government said it was suspending Twitter operations in the country "indefinitely". It alleged the site was being used to undermine "Nigeria's corporate existence". Twitter has called the ban "deeply concerning".
